Members have access to our well appointed and luxuriously furnished Jackson Lounge, named after one of the previous families that helped build the character of this amazing home that hosts Flatt 55 today. It is open Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 10am. We want to be your stop off in town to check an email, grab a cup of coffee, meet a client, or catch up on a few pages in the book you just can't put down. This is our member's home away from home and our staff are here to make sure you have what you need.

We offer our members exclusive access with affordable pricing to our private dining room, named in honor of the original owner of this unique ranch home. You can bring in your chosen chef to prepare culinary creations in our kitchen which is well-equipped with Z-line luxury appliances or bring in your preferred caterer to host your business meeting, social club gathering, or special celebration. It can be anything you and our experienced Event Coordinator can dream up. She will help build the event for you and coordinate the pieces neccesary to make it happen. Daytime Events start at $250, Evening Events start at $400 with add-on's tailored to your needs.

Our specialty wine, food, and gift market is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm with extended access available for members until close. We offer wine by the bottle, with a large variety of whites and champagnes chilled and ready to serve. We also feature private label imported olive oils and vinegars carefully seleceted by our team. We can arrange a custom gift basket with the unique variety of gifts and snacks featured in our store. Enjoy your own bottle without a corkage fee if you have a private locker rental or just a $10 corkage fee if you do not have wine storage with us. Our wine inventory is unmatched. We will continually search for those hard to find and sought after vintages thanks to our talented and experienced wine buyer and manager, Julie Ober. Our members are delighted to have her as their wine acquisition specialist. She can help you select wines for your next event, or help bring in special selections to stock your locker when you host your guests here in the Jackson Lounge.

Our beautifully landscaped back yard is an oasis from the chaos of life. No details were spared in giving the landscaping and patio a fresh modernization! It is a picturesque retreat right in the middle of town to relax and unwind! There just isn't a place quite like it! Julie likes to call it the "central park of Longview" and that could not describe it any better!
Seamless Wine Concierge Service
Say goodbye to missed deliveries and complicated shipping. Our concierge service accepts and signs for wine shipments on your behalf, ensuring every bottle arrives safely. Wine can be held without fee for members for up to 5 days or placed in your private wine locker.
