Providing this experience was at the heart of the creation of Flatt 55, a private wine storage and social club in Longview, TX.
We are designed for those who appreciate exceptional wine paired with great company in an inviting, upscale atmosphere.

about the owners
Flatt 55 was created by Noah and Mary Yoder and opened for business in May of 2025. With Noah's four decades of design and build experience paired with Mary's passion for hospitality and people, a vision began to grow. Their dream was to fuse a welcoming lounge, a private venue space, and a climate-controlled wine cellar into an experience that would enhance the Longview community. The club would gather together like-minded friends and colleages. The result? A home away from home for those who enjoy wine, and the stories shared around a bottle even more! Longview deserves this amazing space!
Laura’s Market
Named in honor of Laura Jackson. We are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC from 10am - 6pm, Tuesday - Saturday. Extended hours available for members until closing. Members get 10% off wine by the bottle.
Johnston Dining Room
Named in honor of the original owners, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Johnston, who built the home that houses Flatt 55 today. This dining room is open for members when not reserved for a private event. Great spot to meet for small bites or happy hour. Also available for Majhong or games with friends!
Kitchen
Our chef's kitchen can be reserved with a private event. It is well equipped with Z-line luxury applicances. Bring in your own chef or a Flatt recommended one to cook for you and your guests!
Jackson Lounge
Named in honor of the second owners of this amazing home, Dr. and Mrs. Frank Jackson. We like to refer to it as "Longview's Living Room." It is open for members 10am to 9pm Tuesday-Thursday and 10am to 10pm Friday and Saturday
Marta’s Cellar
Kept at 55-60 degress with optimal humidity. Private custome wine lockers available starting at just $30/month. Coded access with backup generator and monitored security cameras.
