What are the hours at Flatt 55?

We are open to members Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 9pm and Friday and Saturday 10am to 10pm.  Our market is open to members during those hours as well.

Can I host private events at Flatt 55?

Yes! Our chef’s kitchen and private dining room are available for rent. Bring your preferred chef, catering service, or choose from our recommended vendors.

Do I need to be a member to host an event?

Yes, private event bookings are exclusively for members.

Is the initiation fee only paid one time?

Yes.  Our Initiation fee is one time only for the life of the membership. 

Can I bring guests to join me at Flatt 55?

Yes. Depending on your membership you are allowed 1-3 complimentary guests. Above that there is a  $25 guest fee. 

Can I bring guests to tastings and events? 

Yes, you can bring your allowable number of guests to events with reservation. 

Do I have to make reservations to use the Jackson Lounge? 

No. Unless you are brining more than a total of 6 in your party there is usually no problem accommodating  on a first come first served basis. Please call ahead with special requests such as chilling or decanting wine or pre preparing any menu items. 

Can I use Flatt 55 as a mobile office? 

Yes. We offer free WiFi so bring your laptop and find a spot in the lounge, dining room, or patio. Open seating. 

What food and drink options are available at Flatt 55?

We offer complementary coffee and water. Wine is available by the glass or bottle. Small bites are available with a seasonal menu offered. Desserts provided by By Grace bakery. 

Can I bring my own wine to drink at Flatt 55?

Yes. If you have wine storage with us there is no corkage fee. Corkage fee of $10 for those without private locker rental.

What types of storage options do you offer?

We provide 3 locker sizes in our 2,000-square-foot climate-controlled facility.

Is the wine storage climate-controlled?

Absolutely. Our facility maintains optimal temperature and humidity to protect your wine.

How do I access my wine?

Members can access their lockers during normal operating hours. (extended access hours coming soon!)

Can I have wine delivered to Flatt 55?

Yes! We can sign for your wine shipments so you don't have to.  Store them safely in your locker, or we will hold them for 5 days without additional charges.

What can I store in my locker?

You can store any beverage in your locker that you're comfortable leaving in the available cellar climate.

Do you provide proof of proper wine storage?

Yes, we offer a Certificate of Storage, verifying that your wine has been kept in a climate-controlled environment.
